Little Tarheel IC-7000 and a 6ft whip. Wow what can I say only if you need to work mobile /m then this is a must have Antenna. My car is the Citreon Grand4 Picasso And with a pair of mirror mounts 1 3/8 and 1 SO239 use a small amount of wire from the mount to where the roof bar meets the roof Grtound job done and my MFJ269 for tuning and I worked ZL4IR and VK7GK at 530 today 29th.May on 40meters just outside my house Thanks Chris and team for such a Mega Antenna and rig.

Just like to say , i rx my bs1100 kit with 10 metre cable and on opening the package was gobsmacked at the superb quaility.its now installed outside with the proper silicone grease used to seal out any water ,dirt.the 3db antenna performs superbly with tracking aircraft as far south of newcastle for example.the antenna is situated approx 12ft of the ground.but plan to raise the height at a later date.i can now see the aircraft at the terminal also.have also kepted up to date with the software for the sbs-1.lastly i would like to thank ur company for the usual high standard of customer care in dealing with my order. many thanks once again from a completely satisfied customer.look foreward to dealing with u again. I must praise your services, & thank you once again. The same goes for Royal Mail services.

I've just been to the local parcel post office to pick up the tuner, I was amazed to see how quick the tuner has taken to arrive here in Gibraltar, so I will finish connecting it up as it's already here in my shack.
As for the Comet tuner itself, ( CAT-300 ) looks like excellent quality materials have been used on it's construction, & it's very well made, compared to other cheaper brands available on the world wide market.

Therefore I would highly recommend this tuner, to those radio hams who in turn prefer a manual tuner, for all bands including 50 MHz.
Glad to know you also supply Comet products, which I now belive they are excellent.

Super service totally unbeatable. I have received the FT-950 and 2 leads, the cat lead and linear amp lead, this radio is totally superb, combined with cat software, (I use ham radio deluxe). This is a world top class receiver and the various filters make it stand out in a pile up, where others would certainly wave the white flag! The transmit audio has been praised from every station I have talked to, in one word superb! Thanks to all at M L @ SONS
