The Kinetic Avionic Products Limited L.A.S.T is a lightweight, battery/aircraft powered Level 2 Mode A/C/S transponder with ADS-B designed in accordance with the ED-102, ED-73B and ED-115 standards. A low power version (L.P.S.T) and a high-power panel mount version (P.M.T) are also available. Cockpit display of information (CDTI) will be available.

Main Features


In addition to replying to Mode A/C/S interrogations, the Kinetic L.A.S.T is also equipped to transmit ADS-B extended squitter, including position reports from its integrated GPS receiver. The unit is light enough to be body-wearable by Microlight, Glider and Balloon Pilots. Size, weight and costs have been kept to a minimum without compromising on quality or performance. Several power options are available, including 30W, 70W and 100W. Military versions are also available.
