Delays in orders reaching customers by mail order due to Covid-19

Due to delivery delays in particular via Royal Mail, small packages shipped by post can now take up to 14 working days to arrive. 

We are able to offer faster delivery service via specialist couriers, who are still collecting from our warehouse every day. 

Ordering via our website:

For small packages (plugs, cases & small accessory items) we now ship via Royal Mail Registered Post as the first option. This is the £5.95GBP UK shipped price. The package will only appear on the RM website once it has been delivered to confirm arrival at destination. Until the current situation improves we have stopped First Class Post as an option. Please note that currently Royal Mail can take up to 14 working days to deliver.

The £8.95GBP UK delivery charge on small items, i.e. Handheld, Analyser etc, is for DPD typical 1-3 day delivery. This service is fully tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse. You will be emailed a tracking number that appears on the DPD website usually within 24 hours.

The £11.95GBP UK delivery charge is for larger items, i.e. Mobiles, Base Stations and other heavier products. We use DPD and other couriers with a typical 1-3 day delivery. This service is fully tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse. For example, a tracking reference number will be emailed to enable you to track your package via the DPD website. This usually appears within 24 hours.

NOTE! If you wish to update your small package delivery (£5.95GBP) to DPD or other faster, tracked courier services then please call or email the store so that we may process that for you.

For all overseas orders the same options apply but with specific rates for your destination.

Alternatively, if you phone us to place an order with our sales team and you want faster delivery, please request courier service instead of Post. This will cost more but is worth considering as it’s impossible to upgrade once the package has left the warehouse. 

This is entirely due to Covid-19 & the situation may hopefully  improve over the coming months. More than 99%  of deliveries are still arriving with customers safely as they always have,  however a good percentage are taking longer for which we can only apologise.
