Chameleon CHA WARC-D Dipole Wire Set
Three matched, colour-coded balanced dipole wire pairs for adding the 30m, 17m and 12m WARC bands to the CHA LEFS 4010.
The Chameleon CHA WARC-D is a dedicated dipole expansion set for owners of the CHA LEFS 4010 who want resonant antenna options for the 30m, 17m and 12m WARC bands.
The kit contains three complete matched dipole pairs, with each band identified by its own wire colour. Select the complete matching pair for the band you want to use, connect both legs to the LEFS 4010 DIPOLE terminals and deploy them as a balanced dipole.
Because the WARC-D is designed specifically for the LEFS 4010 dipole configuration, there is no need to calculate your own radiator lengths or repurpose generic wire elements.

Add a WARC Band Without Cutting Your Own Dipole
Each band has its own complete two-wire radiator set. Choose the corresponding colour, connect both legs to the LEFS 4010 DIPOLE terminals and raise the wires in the dipole arrangement described by Chameleon.
Feed the antenna through the DIPOLE BNC connection on the LEFS 4010 End Assembly, then check the installation before transmitting.
The CHA WARC-D is not an end-fed radiator, radial kit or counterpoise set.
Always use one complete matching colour pair. Do not mix wires from different bands, operate with only one leg connected or attach the WARC-D to the LEFS 4010 EFHW terminal.

Correct Use
- Choose the complete matching wire pair for the required band
- Connect both legs to the LEFS 4010 DIPOLE terminals
- Use the LEFS 4010 DIPOLE BNC feed path
- Deploy both elements as a balanced dipole
- Verify the antenna installation before transmitting
- Do not use a single WARC-D wire by itself
- Do not mix wire colours from different bands
- Do not connect the WARC-D to the LEFS 4010 EFHW terminal
- Do not treat the wire pairs as arbitrary radials or counterpoises

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
