Call 0345 2300 599The M2 Antennas 440-11X is a high-performance broadband Yagi antenna covering 420-450MHz.
Designed as part of M2’s compact “X” series, the 440-11X offers the same strong performance as its predecessor while using shorter boom sections to help keep packaging under 48in long. This helps reduce oversize shipping issues and also makes the antenna more practical for portable, temporary, or field installations.
The 440-11X replaces the popular M2 420-50-11 and is computer optimised to provide good gain, an excellent radiation pattern, and reliable broadband performance across its frequency range. It can be mounted either vertically or horizontally and is ideal for stacking two or more antennas where additional gain is required.
It is suitable for a wide range of 70cm applications, including ATV, OSCAR satellite work, FM, long-haul tropo, and general weak-signal use.

Construction
The heart of the 440-11X is M2’s driven element module, designed for excellent weather resistance and power handling.
All connectors are O-ring sealed to the CNC-machined block, while the internal connections are sealed in silicone gel for long-term electrical reliability. The balun coax connectors are triple O-ring sealed, and key mechanical and electrical components are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminium.
All hardware is stainless steel, except for the U-bolts.

Installation Notes
The 440-11X may be mounted for either vertical or horizontal polarisation, depending on the intended application.
For additional gain, two or more antennas may be stacked using the recommended spacing of 34in high and 36in wide.
As with any directional antenna, final performance will depend on installation height, feedline quality, mast position, surrounding structures, and correct alignment.

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
