NCH-W Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones

These over-ear wireless noise cancelling headphones are designed to reduce the effect of external ambient background noise enabling you to have a more enjoyable listening experience. The NCH-W are especially good to use when travelling on a train or airplane. The adjustable headband and high-quality ear pads are durable and a comfortable fit on any head. You have complete control to power on/off, adjust volume, noise cancelling on/off, answer and make phone calls. The wireless technology allows to stay connected anytime with a very smooth sound performance. With up to 8 hours battery life per charge they can work very efficiently within the distance of up to 10m in any settings. The noise cancelling technology allows to attenuate the outside noises by 18dB to 25dB of volume. With all its features the NCH-W are a great choice for any office, home, or outdoor application.

Safety Warnings

Keep the headphone clean and dust free or the sound quality may be reduced. Do not subject the headphones to impact or excessive vibration. Do not allow water or other liquids to enter the headphones. Be aware that wearing for long periods and at high volume may cause fatigue and hearing damage.

Operation

Turn on/off: Press and hold for 3 seconds.

The blue & red LED will flash.

From your source device search for wireless device "PSG3412-M292" to connect. No pass required. Use "0000" if your device demands one.

The blue LED flashes slowly when connected.

Play/pause: Short press to play/pause music.
Call answer: Short press button again in standby or during music-play mode.
Call end: Short press button.
Call redial last number: Press the button twice in standby or music-play mode.
Volume: Long press + or - to increase or reduce the volume.
Next/last song: Short press + or - to play next or last song.
Noise Cancel Function: Short press M button to turn ANC mode on or off. When on, green LED is lit.
Charging: Insert the charge cable to the micro USB slot, the red LED will light. It will extinguish when fully charged.
External Audio Input: In power on mode, plugging in an external source automatically switches to AUX.

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.

For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.

International Warranty information

Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
