The Diamond X-510MH is a high-gain 144/430MHz dual-band base antenna designed for fixed installations where strong omnidirectional coverage and increased RF power handling are required.
At 5.2 metres long, the X-510MH uses a multi-section phased vertical design to provide 8.3dBi gain on 144MHz and 11.7dBi on 430MHz.
The MH version increases maximum power handling to 350W and uses an SO-239 UHF female connection, making it particularly convenient for installations using coax terminated with a standard PL-259 plug.

350W Power Handling
The X-510MH shares the same 5.2 metre overall length and high-gain phased antenna format as the X-510N, but raises the maximum power rating from 200W to 350W.
It also substitutes the X-510N's N-Type female connector for an SO-239, making the MH version better suited to installations already standardised around PL-259 terminated coax.
High-Gain Phased Vertical Elements
The X-510MH uses stacked 5/8-wave sections to concentrate its radiation pattern towards the horizon, providing high omnidirectional gain for fixed-station operation.

Designed for Wide-Area Horizontal Coverage
The combination of substantial physical length and phased vertical elements makes the X-510MH particularly well suited to repeater access, local and regional simplex operation and other fixed-station applications where low-angle omnidirectional coverage is desirable.
FRP Fibreglass Outer Shell
The antenna elements are enclosed within a weather-resistant FRP fibreglass outer shell for permanent outdoor installation.
Diamond specifies a rated wind velocity of 40m/s and a compatible mast diameter of approximately 30 to 60mm.
A Full-Size 5.2 Metre Base Antenna
The X-510MH is a substantial fixed-station antenna. Check available mast height, surrounding clearance and wind loading before installation.

The X-510MH uses an SO-239 UHF female antenna connection. A coaxial feed line fitted with a compatible PL-259 male connector is therefore required.

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
