The Chameleon RG-316 Jumper Cable with In-Line RF Choke is a lightweight, high-quality 50 ohm coax lead designed for portable amateur radio use. Available in either 15 foot or 25 foot lengths, it is ideal for QRP, SOTA, field day and compact station setups where weight and bulk matter.

Using RG-316 coax, this cable is approximately half the weight of an equivalent RG-58 coax cable and is much less bulky, making it easier to pack, route and deploy in the field. Each cable is fitted with male BNC connectors, making it well suited for portable radios, tuners, antennas and other BNC-equipped equipment.

A key feature of this jumper is the pre-installed in-line RFI choke, designed to help combat common mode currents. This can help reduce unwanted RF feedback and improve station performance, especially in portable installations where grounding and cable routing are not always ideal.

Rugged, compact and practical, this Chameleon RG-316 jumper is an excellent choice for operators who need a dependable coax lead that is easy to carry but still capable of serious performance.
