Call 0345 2300 599The Grazioli MV7 is a high-performance multiband 1/4 wave ground plane vertical antenna designed for fixed amateur radio installations covering 40m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m and 6m. Base-fed and built to Grazioli’s usual high mechanical standard, the MV7 is ideal for operators who want wide band coverage from a single robust vertical antenna system.
The MV7 uses a central whip with resonant parallel stubs to provide efficient operation across the supported bands, without relying on lossy impedance transformers that can limit power handling. This design helps maintain good efficiency while allowing high input power, with up to 1500W SSB on 40m and up to 3kW on the other supported bands.
Construction is extremely strong, using cold-drawn AW6063-T66 aluminium alloy tubing and CNC machined parts. The central whip uses a large 42 x 2mm base section tapering to 19 x 1.25mm at the tip, while the lateral stubs and ground plane radials use telescopic 13mm and 10mm aluminium tubes. All hardware is AISI-304 and AISI-316 stainless steel for excellent outdoor durability and rust resistance.
The ground plane consists of four horizontal radials, each approximately 2.7m long, while the vertical stubs are supported by three cross-braces. The antenna is direct fed and connected to DC ground, helping to discharge atmospheric and electrostatic build-up. A custom UHF female connector with PTFE insulation and a gold-plated centre pin is fitted for reliable RF connection.
Supplied with a detailed assembly manual and serial number identifying the production batch and construction data, the Grazioli MV7 is a serious multiband vertical for operators who want strong performance, high power capability and long-term reliability.

Construction Details
The MV7 is built using AW6063-T66 aluminium alloy, a tempered aluminium, magnesium and silicon alloy selected for strength and precision. The tubing is extruded and cold-drawn to maintain accurate diameters and wall thicknesses, helping each section fit securely with minimal movement.
The lateral stubs and ground plane radials are made from telescopic aluminium tubes and secured using high quality AISI-316 stainless steel clamps. The brackets, screws, U-bolts and V-bolts are made from AISI-304 stainless steel, giving the antenna excellent resistance to outdoor weathering.
Installation Notes
The Grazioli MV7 should be installed on a suitable support mast with clear space around the antenna and radials. For best performance, careful tuning of the whip and stub sections should be carried out with a suitable antenna analyser. As with any high-power fixed antenna, secure mechanical mounting, good quality coaxial cable and proper weatherproofing are recommended.

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
