Meshtastic Without Relying on Your Phone
The Wio Tracker L2 Pro turns Meshtastic into a genuinely standalone handheld experience. Instead of relying on a phone for routine operation, its colour touchscreen provides direct access to messaging, maps, node information and device controls.
Powered by an ESP32-S3 and SX1262 LoRa radio, with built-in L76K GNSS positioning, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE and MicroSD expansion, it is equally at home as an off-grid communicator, portable mesh terminal or open-source development platform.
Meshtastic Directly on the Device
The L2 Pro runs Seeed's touchscreen-optimised MUI, Meshtastic User Interface, allowing common Meshtastic tasks to be carried out directly on the device.
Messages, nearby nodes, maps and common configuration options can be accessed without having to repeatedly connect a smartphone or computer.
The device can also switch between Seeed's graphical MUI and the standard Meshtastic Base UI, giving you the choice between a touchscreen-focused interface and the familiar standard interface.
Maps Without Mobile Coverage
Load compatible offline map tiles onto a MicroSD card and the L2 Pro can display mapping information locally, without requiring mobile data or an Internet connection.
Its built-in L76K GNSS receiver supports GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS and QZSS, providing your live position directly on the map for hiking, outdoor events, remote-area operation and off-grid mesh networks.
ESP32-S3 Powered
At the heart of the L2 Pro is Seeed's Wio-S3 module, combining an ESP32-S3 processor with a Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver.
With 16MB Flash, 8MB PSRAM, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 LE, the platform provides considerably more scope than a basic screenless mesh node for developing custom interfaces, dashboards, utilities and open-source applications.
3000mAh Rechargeable Battery
A built-in 3000mAh Li-ion battery keeps the L2 Pro self-contained for portable use. USB-C provides 5V / 1A charging as well as firmware flashing, data transfer and OTG support.
Flexible Outdoor Power
A dedicated JST-PH solar input accepts approximately 5–13V, opening up options for longer-term outdoor and semi-permanent mesh installations.
Up to 5.8km in Seeed Testing
Seeed quotes a communication distance of up to 5.8km. Actual Meshtastic range depends heavily on terrain, antenna positioning, obstructions, radio settings, regional power limits and the other nodes in the mesh, so this should be treated as a manufacturer test figure rather than a guaranteed operating range.
Foldable Antenna & 1/4" Mount
The LoRa antenna folds alongside the body for transport, while the integrated 1/4-inch threaded mounting point allows the L2 Pro to be attached to compatible camera, tripod and mounting accessories.
One Platform, Plenty of Possibilities
Before transmitting, configure the correct Meshtastic region for where the device is being used. For UK operation this will normally be the EU868 profile. Seeed specifies a maximum transmit output of 14dBm when operating in the EU868 configuration.
A MicroSD card is not listed as included with the L2 Pro. Seeed recommends an 8GB to 32GB FAT32 MicroSD card for offline mapping, with compatible map files loaded before use.

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
