Following on from our Prime Minster, Boris Johnson’s announcement at 20:30hrs this evening, 23rd of March, we have fully closed the showroom section and “Click & Collect” facility for all customers.

The majority of our team including all sales staff are now working remotely from home. The phone lines are open every day, 8.30-17:00hrs and will be answered by the same guys you talk to every day. Because all our systems are Cloud Based and have been for years, our staff have full access to stock levels and will continue to do deals in the normal way. Orders taken are automatically processed and appear directly to our management program for picking and despatch from our main warehouse in Staines upon Thames, U.K.

If you have ordered products in the last few days from us don’t worry! Our army of couriers are still delivering new stock throughout the day and collect for delivery to your home at least 3 times a day. Better than that, we are sitting on very good levels of stock envisaging the situation may come to this. To check if your new radio or accessory is available to order check out the little “GREEN in STOCK” button on all our products. If it’s yellow then call us because it could be we are awaiting a delivery.

The Covid-19 pandemic is changing every day and as Boris says “Together we’ll get through this” – just stay at home! Be safe, keep well and enjoy your radio. You might even come across me on 2m or Top Band. And no, I can’t take orders on the radio as much as I’d like to!
