ANAN-10E (Revised) HF & 6M SDR Transceiver

The ANAN-10E (Revised) is a high-performance HF & 6M software-defined transceiver, now featuring an improved Hermes PCB layout and dedicated PureSignal port for enhanced linearity and cleaner signals. Compact yet powerful, it delivers 10–20W on HF and 8–10W on 6M, making it the perfect SDR for both home stations and portable operations.

With full hardware support in Thetis and PiHPSDR, the ANAN-10E (Revised) brings flexibility and cutting-edge performance to your shack. Its advanced 14-bit ADC/DAC design provides superior dynamic range and low-noise reception, while continuous coverage from 10kHz to 55MHz opens up an extensive listening experience.

Key Features

  • Covers 160M – 6M amateur bands with continuous receive from 10kHz to 55MHz

  • PureSignal support with dedicated port for cleaner transmitted signals

  • Improved transmit power: 10–20W (HF), 8–10W (6M)

  • High dynamic range receiver – typically 125dB with -135dBm noise floor (500Hz)

  • Full duplex operation across 160M to 6M, with any split supported

  • Supports 2 independent receivers with spectrum displays at 48/96/192kHz

  • Excellent IMD performance: -50dBc on 20m @ 10W PEP

  • Outstanding rejection: Tx/Rx image rejection better than 110dB

  • FCC compliant on all amateur bands

Connectivity & Control

  • 3 antenna ports for flexibility

  • Built-in audio codec & amplifier, with mic and headphone jacks

  • Software-selectable 31dB attenuator in 1dB steps

  • User-configurable open-collector outputs and digital/analogue inputs for relay, amplifier, and monitoring integration

  • Separate PTT output with built-in sequencing

  • Bias selectable for electret microphones

  • FPGA code updates via standard Ethernet TCP/IP connection

Specifications at a Glance

  • Bands: 160M – 6M

  • ADC/DAC: 14-bit

  • Dynamic Range: 99dB (ANAN-10E) vs 78dB (AD9866 SDRs)

  • Output Power: 15–20W (HF), 8–10W (6M)

  • Supply Voltage: 13.8V DC

  • Audio Features: Codec + amplifier, mic/headphone support

  • Ports: 3 antenna ports, configurable I/O

The ANAN-10E (Revised) is a serious upgrade over earlier AD9866-based SDRs, delivering higher output, cleaner signals, and superior flexibility for today’s demanding operator.
