This product is sold with an extended 12-month warranty, superseding our standard 3-month warranty. The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Repair Guarantee:
   If the unit develops a fault within 12 months from the date of purchase, Martin Lynch & Sons will attempt to repair the product free of charge.

2. Customer Responsibility:
   Customers must notify us of any issues or faults in writing within the warranty period. Claims made after the 12-month warranty period will not be covered.

3. Assessment and Repair:
   All repairs are subject to assessment. If the fault is determined to be due to misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or external damage, the warranty claim may be void.

4. Exclusions:
   Consumable items (e.g., batteries, bulbs, and fuses), cosmetic damage, and accessories not included in the original sale are not covered under this warranty.

5. Processing Time:
   Repairs may take up to 28 days, depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability.

6. Replacement or Refund:
   If the unit is deemed beyond economic repair, a replacement or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
