Please note: This listing is for the VFLEX Base only. An appropriate VFLEX X Connector adaptor cable is required to connect the VFLEX Base to your radio, accessory, or other DC-powered device.
The VFLEX Base is a configurable USB-C Power Delivery output interface designed to let amateur radio operators power compatible DC equipment from a suitable USB-C PD power source.
It can be configured to request an output voltage from 5V to 48V, depending on the capability of your USB-C power supply, mains adaptor, or power bank. This makes it a flexible option for portable radio, QRP operating, shack accessories, test bench use, and field station setups.
Configuration is carried out using the VFLEX app from a phone, tablet, or computer, including iOS, macOS, Android, and web browsers. Once set, the configuration is stored in the device’s memory, so VFLEX can automatically negotiate the selected voltage whenever it is connected to a compatible USB-C Power Delivery source.
The VFLEX Base features rugged anodised aluminium and ABS construction, an RGB LED status indicator, and an X Connector output interface capable of up to 5A output. With the correct adaptor cable, it can be used with a wide range of radio accessories, DC equipment, and portable station devices.

Important Note
VFLEX is not a power supply by itself. It negotiates power from a compatible USB-C Power Delivery source, so the available voltage and current will depend on the power supply, cable, and selected VFLEX configuration.
Please check the voltage, current draw, and polarity requirements of your radio or accessory before connecting. Incorrect voltage or polarity may damage connected equipment.
Output adaptor cables, USB-C power sources, and connected radio equipment are sold separately unless otherwise stated.

Returns:
If you have any equipment that needs to be returned to Martin Lynch & Sons, please fill out the form below:
Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
