Armoloq MBS-1280 Fitment Kit
Purpose-made spacer and hardware kit for correctly integrating selected Armoloq TPA protective frames with the MBS-1280 Manpack Battery System.
The two fitment kits use different spacer thicknesses. Choose the group specified for your TPA and radio combination below.
The Armoloq MBS-1280 Fitment Kit provides the additional mounting clearance required when installing selected TPA protective frames onto the MBS-1280 Manpack Battery System.
Previously referred to as MP-O spacer sets, these components form part of Armoloq's revised fitment system. Compatible radios are now assigned to a group, making it easier to identify whether the standard MBS-1280 fits directly or requires additional mounting hardware.
The spacers are FDM 3D-printed from PLA+ and supplied with the mounting hardware required for installation.
Uses the former 3/16 inch MP-O spacer configuration.
Uses the former 1/2 inch MP-O spacer configuration.
Lightweight construction designed to provide the required spacing and alignment.
Operating temperature tolerance up to 60°C / 140°F.

Group A Fits Directly
Group A TPA frames mount directly to the standard MBS-1280 and do not require this fitment kit. Current Group A models we stock include the TPA-817B, TPA-8889, TPA-AT578, TPA-KG1000 and TPA-G90B.
The Yaesu FTX-1 with TPA-FTX1 and Icom IC-705 with TPA-705F use the alternative MBS-1280/F rather than the standard MBS-1280 and these fitment kits.

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
