The Armoloq TPA-150 is a protective mounting platform designed for the Yaesu FTM-150 and FTM-310 mobile transceivers.
Its two-piece wrap-around design helps protect both the radio body and control head while retaining access to the radio controls.
Because of the oversized control head, the TPA-150 uses a pair of specially machined SLO aluminium spacers between the radio and mounting platform. These spacers are included and are required for correct installation.
Our package also includes the PL-TNC/RA3 RF PnP Package, providing the coaxial lead, bulkhead connector, and adaptor required for a neat RF connection through the mounting platform.

RF PnP Package
The included PL-TNC/RA3 RF PnP Package provides a convenient RF connection through the Armoloq platform and includes:
- 1ft RG58C/U coaxial cable with PL-259 Right-Angle to TNC Male
- TNC Female bulkhead connector
- TNC Male to BNC Female adaptor
This provides a neat and accessible external RF connection when the radio is installed inside the protective frame.

Important Note
The supplied SLO spacers are required when fitting the TPA-150. The mounting platform should not be installed directly against the radio without them.
The supplied M2.6-0.45 x 8mm screws must not be used without the SLO spacers, as they are specifically sized for this installation arrangement.
This package includes the TPA-150 mounting platform, SLO spacers, mounting hardware, and PL-TNC/RA3 RF PnP package.
Radio, MBS-1280, battery, and other accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
Installation
- Fit the supplied SLO aluminium spacers using the M2.6-0.45 x 8mm socket head screws.
- Each spacer is stamped L or R and should be installed with the letter facing the radio body, with the control panel facing the operator.
- Attach the TPA protective frame to the spacers using the supplied M4-0.7 x 10mm socket head screws.
The supplied screws are specifically sized to avoid damaging the radio internals.

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
