The REZ Antenna Systems Heavy Duty Military Whip is a rugged portable antenna whip designed for HF field operation. With a fully assembled length of 282cm (111 inches), it provides a strong and practical radiating element for use with compatible mounts, coils and portable antenna systems.
The whip is made from brass and stainless steel with a stealthy black coating, giving it a durable finish for outdoor use. Its seven tapered, tethered sections assemble in a similar style to tent poles, making it quick to deploy and easy to pack away after use. Each section measures approximately 43cm (17 inches), making the whip convenient to carry in a portable radio kit.
The base uses a standard 3/8-24 stud, allowing it to be fitted to many compatible antenna mounts and loading coils, including suitable REZ portable antenna components. With a 1,500W PEP power rating, this is a heavy duty option for operators who need a stronger field whip for portable HF installations.
Please note, this whip does not include a mount or tuning coil. If mounted with a ground plane, it will resonate at approximately 25MHz.

This listing is for the whip only. Mounts, ground spikes, tripods, tuning coils and other accessories are sold separately. A suitable mount, counterpoise or ground plane, and tuning arrangement may be required depending on your chosen operating band and configuration.

Upon receipt of goods you have 14 days to return goods however the goods must be returned in original packaging and care must have been taken with the goods you wish to return. Under distance selling regulations you are not entitled to any refund on carriage charges or modification charges made at your request. Large items cannot be returned if they have been assembled, unless faulty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Outside of the 14 faulty return period, returned items cannot be accepted, unless covered by manufacturer's warranty. We will repair as much as possible on site however in exceptional circumstances products may have to be returned to the manufacturer of distributor.
For repairs/replacements under manufacturer’s warranty for any item please download a ML&S return form from the link above and return to ML&S with the faulty product.
International Warranty information
Warranty service for items we sell is available in the U.K. only, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to pay freight for returned items to the U.K. and back to you for desired warranty coverage. All of our NEW products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, (Yaesu & Icom 24 months), with up to 90 days on second-hand equipment. Items returned for service must state "returned goods for repair" on the return air waybill or U.K. import customs duties apply and will be added to your invoice.
